Insurance Approved Repairs

From time to time it's inevitable that accidents may happen; these could range from a vehicle collision, to hitting a gatepost or a tree. If you should find yourself in this unfortunate position, we can arrange for one of our engineers to come and carry out an on-site inspection of the damage to the caravan.

Once this inspection has been carried out, we will then type a written estimate. This will then be submitted to you for you to then submit to your Insurance Company. On approval from the insurance underwriter, we will arrange to collect your caravan and take it to our secure workshop for the repair(s) to be carried out.

Once the work is complete we will then arrange with you for a date and time for us to return your caravan back to you,

The collection and return of your caravan will be at a mutually convenient time.

Okay. So maybe this one's just a tad beyond repair, but if you are unlucky enough to need your van to be repaired, be it from your own fault or be it from someone else's, give Chris a call and we'll come to see what can be done.
